My Most Vulnerable Podcast Interview To Date

I was recently interviewed for the Coaching Life Podcast, and had my most vulnerable interview to date (and with that, hopefully I’ve provided the most amount of value that I ever have to date).

I shared lot about the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with building a coaching practice from the ground up and many of the lessons that I’ve learned along the way. I took the shiny filter off of how many people perceive coaches (or coaching!) to look, and was really honest around how this profession is incredibly valuable, and not always for the faint of heart.

If you are currently growing your practice – I encourage you to give ie a listen, and my hope is it helps you to understand that you aren’t alone in some of the feelings of frustration that is being a entrepreneur. And, I hope that it helps to support you with some tools to uplift, inspire and make you an even better coach.

Also, I just discovered the Coaching Life Podcast and think all of the interviews there are amazing and so valuable and helpful! I highly recommend listening to more of them just as a way to support yourself professionally!

Here are the notes from the podcast, as well as the link to listen:

“From the outside it looks like Elsie achieved rapid success in her coaching practice. But of course, things are rarely as they seem. In a very open and honest conversation, Elsie reveals what was really going on behind the scenes, shares some wonderful lessons she’s learnt along the way, and has an inspirational message for other coaches.”

You can listen to this interview on iTunes here.

Once you listen to it, let me know – what were you biggest takeaways?  What are some of the ways that you have struggled growing your business?  What have you learned through those struggles?  I would love to open the conversation up!  And if you are a coach who is looking to build their practice authentically in a way that they love, please reach out to me, I would love to see how I can help support you with that.
