About Me

I live most of the year in Duluth, Minnesota with my husband Jonny and our daughters Sela and Rosa.

I coach clients around the world and support them in living a fulfilling life, while also being successful in their businesses and careers.

 When I’m not coaching, you can find me playing with my daughters, planting flowers in my garden, riding my fat-tire bike, dancing to J.Lo in my kitchen, or on an airplane to have a fun adventure.

 I’m a personal development junkie.  And I also love to get sucked into a Netflix binge.  Because I believe balance is a good thing.

My husband Jonny got me this sweatshirt for my birthday one year and I love it so much.

This quote “When life gives you lemons – you paint that shit gold”  was a favorite of mine 16 years ago when I was getting divorced. It’s an album title from Atmosphere, one of my favorite Minnesota hip hop artists. This quote got me through my divorce.

I loved this saying so much that I named my first blog after it: “Turning Life Gold”...which then became the name of my life coaching business.  I believe that this quote conveys so much about getting the juice out of life: being able to find light within darkness, beauty within pain, and answers within confusion.

And many of those things are what I coach my clients on each week.

I do that by taking a stand for my clients.  I take a stand for their greatness, vision and potential. 

 Ralph Waldo Emmerson says “Our chief want in life is somebody who will make us do what we CAN.”

And this is what I do with my clients - together through trust, integrity and dedicated work we will create a plan to help you transform your life and business so that you can become the person you most want to be...to step into what you CAN do; not just dream about it, but actually do it.
