Transformational Life and Business Coaching in the Authentic Business Roadmap:

You'll be coached around how to balance it all - your business, your family, your marriage, your finances, your health, etc.
Each call you'll receive group and individual coaching where you will have an opportunity to be personally coached by me - learning from the years of experience I've had coaching female entreprenuers to create success in their businesses.
We'll look at what's in the way of you up-leveling your business, happiness, and bank account (and I'll teach you tools to help remove any barries that is slowing down your success!).
Coaching is only one piece of the equation - an investment of your commitment and courage will be required to create the results that you are after.
You will also invest money, time and energy in order to achieve the results you want to create a lasting impact in your life and business
This group and my coaching is not a fit for everyone, and some people are not ready for coaching. And that is ok. When it is the right time and space for you to create change in your business and your life, and be a part of a group like this, you’ll know.

There will be Business Growth. We will create a clear vision of what the next level of success looks like in your business and the action steps to take that will result in a strong 2022.
You’ll learn how to break down your overwhelm and take small consistent steps to reach your goals
You'll learn tools and strategies to help support you with the fears that hold you back in your business.
There will be exercises that help you work through your money stories so that you can make more money and put your energy into money-making activities (instead of putting your energy into the fears that are stopping you from making money).
You’ll be tracking your income each week as a way of staying accountable to your business growth.
You’ll discover how to challenge the limiting beliefs that are keeping you small and stuck.
You’ll understand that you don’t have business problems, you have personal problems in your business (and you’ll learn how to solve those!).
You’ll learn how to create more excitment, joy and freedom in your business.
You'll implement tools to help you work through the fears that show up as an entreprenuer (because there are a lot - but they no longer need to hold you back!).
You’ll experience a safe space to release pent up emotions that come up on those days when owning a business just feels hard.
You’ll learn why it is so important to keep your word to yourself.
You’ll get uncomfortable over and over again…because I've learned that as you step outside of your comfort zone, magic happens.

The Details...

DATES: The group will run from Jan 12 - April 20, 2022. We will meet every other Wednesday on Zoom.

TIME: We will meet from 2:30-4:30pm Central Time

COACHING: Each participant will receive a 1:1 coaching session with Elsie, to use during our time together.

COMMUNITY: We will have a private Facebook group where you can post business questions in, and receive daily coaching from me, as well as support from the rest of our group (this Facebook group will be invaluable!)

DEDICATED WORK TIME: Every other Wednesday, we will also have one hour of dedicated work time from 2:30-3:30pm Central, where we will come together on Zoom and state our intended goal for that hour and then work individually on the tasks that want to accomplish in our business. It is amazing the action that gets taken during these power hours. This time is not required meeting time, but is encouraged to receive the maximum amount of results in your business!

FAQ's

What are Discovery Calls?

This Discovery Session for the ABR is 30 minutes and is where we will we will have time to introduce ourselves to one another, and I can help answer any questions you have. During this time there will be an opportunity for us to each ask quesitons about one another to see if your participation in the Authentic Business Roadmap would be a fit.

Is The ABR held in person or virtually?

We will be meeting via Zoom and women located all over will be joining us!

What about confidentiality?

Everything that is shared between the women in the ABR is held very confidential. During our first group session, we create a strong confidentiality agreement, which allows the women to open up and share honestly about themselves and their businesses. The depth of these shares results in deep coaching work and transformation between the group.

What happens if I have to miss a call?

While 100% participation within the group is recommended, I do understand that life happens and things come up. If you have a date that you know won't work, we can discuss that during our Discovery Call to make sure the group is still a fit for you.
